What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: a parent's name and mobile number, the class you are asking about, your question, and a day and time for a visit. For a transfer certificate request we also collect the student's name and class.
Why we collect it
To call you back about admission, to confirm your visit, and to process the request you made. We do not use it for anything else.
Children's information
We ask a parent or guardian to fill our forms, not a child. On this website we show a child's first name and class only, and only with the parent's written consent. We never show a surname, a full date of birth, an address or a phone number. A photo or video of a child appears only with the parent's written consent. Records about students, such as dates of birth and parents' details, stay with the school office and are never put on this website.
Birthday board
To wish our students, the website shows a birthday board. It follows these rules:
- What we show: the child's first name, class, photo, and the day and month of the birthday.
- What we never show: a surname, year of birth, age, parents' names, address or phone number.
- Consent: a child appears on the board, and their photo is shown, only if a parent has agreed in writing. A parent can agree to the name but not the photo. The school keeps a record of that consent.
- Opting out: a parent can ask the office, by phone, WhatsApp or email, to remove their child's photo or their child from the board at any time. We remove it within 7 days, without asking for a reason.
- Where it comes from: the list is taken from school records, kept by the school office, and checked by the school before it is shown.
- When a child leaves: their name and photo are removed from the board and deleted from the website when they leave the school.
- Photos: small, school ID-style photos only. We do not show a photo larger than needed, and the photo file name never contains the child's name.
Who we share it with
No one outside the school. We do not sell or rent information. For career guidance in Class 8, a student's details go to UniThink Education International only with the parent's consent.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to admission is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to remove your child's name, photo or video from this website. We act within 30 days.
