Returns & Refunds policy
We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating the withdrawal of a student from our school. Please review the following withdrawal norms and ensure compliance.
1. Voluntary Withdrawal by Parents/Guardians:
Follow the procedure outlined in the Fee Refund Policy for a smooth withdrawal process. The school reserves the right to request a student's withdrawal on academic or disciplinary grounds, including instances of providing false information during admission.
The Principal’s decision in such matters is final and may involve expulsion. Any misbehavior by parents/guardians towards school staff may lead to the student's withdrawal.
2. Clearance for Transfer Certificate (TC):
A Transfer Certificate is issued upon clearance of all school dues by the parents/guardians. Kindly note that requests for a Transfer Certificate must be submitted at JDVM Public School. Special Instructions for Withdrawal of Admission To initiate the withdrawal of admission, a student must provide one month's notice before the commencement of the next quarter.
For example:
28th Feb 2023 for 1st Quarter
31st May 2023 for 2nd Quarter
31st August 2023 for 3rd Quarter
30th Nov 2023 for 4th Quarter
